摘要
以乙醇为提取溶剂,研究了玫瑰花渣中抗氧化成分的提取工艺,通过正交实验优选出最佳工艺条件为:75%乙醇,料液比1∶10,提取温度40℃,提取时间2h。
Using alcohol as the extraction solvent, extraction for antioxidant in rose dregs was studied. Based on an orthogonal experiment, the optimum extracting condition was obtained as follows: 75% alcohol, a ratio of 1:10 for the material to extraction solvent under the temperature of 40℃ for 2h.
