摘要
为了改善PVC聚合物材料的热稳定性和机械特性,常加入一些添加剂,作为食品包装时其中的添加物会向食品发生迁移。另外,PVC材料残留单体氯乙烯也会迁移,这些都将影响食品安全。本文主要就国内外对PVC食品包装材料中化学物向食品迁移的研究进展作一综述。
Additives are usually added to PVC polymeric materials to improve their thermal stability and mechanical property. However, these additives will migrate into foodstuffs and so does the rudimental VC monomer,thus food safety will be affected. This paper mainly reviews the advance on migration process of constituents of PVC packaging into foodstuffs.
