摘要
合成了具有α,β-不饱和羰基结构的新型防腐剂富马酸单苄酯,结果表明在马来酸酐和苯甲醇摩尔比为1∶1的情况下,于80℃反应10min实现单酯化,然后加入无水三氯化铝作为异构化催化剂,90℃反应2~3h后得产物,最终产率达52.72%。并基于量子化学理论,采用CNDO算法,从理论上论证了富马酸单苄酯的抗菌活性。
A new asymmetrical ester containing α,β-unsaturated carbonyl group structure was prepared. Mono-benzyl maleate was obtained by the estefification of maleic anhydride and benzyl alcohol of 1:1 molar ratio at 80℃ for 10min. Then isomeric catalyst aluminum chloride anhydrous was added and mono-benzyt fumarate was synthesed after reacting for 2 -3h at 90℃ with a yield of 52. 72%. And based on the theory of quantum chemistry, forecast the antibacterial activity of mono benzyl fumarate in theory.
