摘要
采用动物实验桔梗总皂甙的降血脂作用。结果表明:桔梗总皂甙具有降血脂作用,桔梗总皂甙高剂量组能显著降低高脂血症大鼠的TG、TC水平(P<0.01),同时增加高脂血症大鼠HDL-C水平,对LDL-C水平也有降低作用。
The function of hypolipidemic of platicodon grandiflorum total saponins was studied according to the animal experiment. The results showed that campanulaceae saponins had the effect of hypolipidemic. Campanulaceae saponins high dose group could significantly reduce hyperlipidemia rats TG ,TC levels （p 〈0. 01 ）and increase the HDL -C level. LDL -C level had decreased at the same time.
