摘要 转基因食品的安全性问题一直是国内外关注和争论的焦点,本文针对人们所担心的转基因食品中可能存在过敏原、抗生素抗性基因和CaMV启动子问题,从正面分析阐述了这些因素对人体健康影响较小,认为转基因食品是相时安全的. Security of genetically modified (GM) food has been the focus of internal and has a external argument for a long time. The following problems concerned by people: allergen, resistance to antibiotic genes and CaMV 35S promoter existing in GM food were analysed. The GM food rarely affects human health. Its relatively security was suggested in this paper.
