The organization of Educational Technology is charged with the assignment of modernization in education. The methods and ideas of management decide the development of educational technology. The theory of knowledge management provides the new viewpoints for the management of organization of Educational Technology. The paper discuss the implement strategy in the organization of Educational Technology which include： the culture of organization, information technology, the personnel communion, prompting institutions, the mechanism of organization.
