This paper have introduced the design of an oral English exam system. It has pointed out the great superiority of Exam of oral English supported with a computer network system to the traditional face-to-face manner. It has also discussed the data structure of the paper and its items object in terms of OOD in detail. At the same time, It has introduced mechanism of event-driven process of the system and its controlling manners. As a conclusion, it has provided a sample paper to illustrate the uses of the system.
