工程项目成功合作的影响因素探析

Analyzing Factors on Engineering Project Successful Cooperation

摘要如何获得成功的合作是受到业界广泛关注的话题。对62个工程项目的186名项目参与者进行了调查,使用因子分析和判别分析找到业主方、承包方以及监理方获得成功合作的显著因素。通过对不同合作方获得合作绩效的影响因素的研究,为改善合作提供参考。
