摘要 以多元醇和多元胺类化合物为原料,制成含多个胺基和尿烷基的聚酯多元醇。将这种树脂与一些其它辅助树脂配合,可得到一种新型聚氨酯型阳离子树脂。以这种阳离子型树脂为基料配制的聚氨酯型阴极电泳漆,用电沉积方法沉积在经过阳极氧化的铝合金板上,可得到具有良好的耐盐雾,耐湿热性能的漆膜。在文中主要讨论漆配方中多元醇和扩链剂种类,辅助树脂的比例等因素对漆膜质量的影响,以及漆液含固量、电泳电压、电泳温度。 As raw materials,the componds of polyol and polyamine can be made into polyester polyol which contains many amino and urethane group.Connecting proper epoxy resin to the backbone chain of this resin and combining this resin with other auxiliary resins will produce a new kind of polyurethane resin cation.By using electrolytic deposition method to deposit a coat on the surface of the anodic oxidation aluminum board,cathotic electrophoretic coating made from this resin cation would form a film which has a perfect salt-resistance fog and a capability of mositure and heat resistance.The influence of factors such as polyol and chain extender category and auxiliary resin proporation to the film performance in the coating formula is discussed in this paper.The influences of the factors such as solid content in coating,pH value,electrophoretic voltage and temperature to the coating effect are also discussed.
