摘要
本文对柱面光栅阵列器件的零位设计原理进行了讨论,并利用计算机产生(0,1)区间内均匀分布的随机数方法,将“0”,“1”分别对零位栅线序列{B(I)}各元素赋值。该方法同样适用于其它计量光栅的零位设计。
The zero-setting design principle of cylinder grating array devices is discussed in this paper. Random numbers which are generated by computer and are uniform distribution between 0 and 1 are assigned to each element of zero-setting grating sequence {B(I)} respectively. The method can also be used in other measuring gratings.
