摘要
采用ANSYS软件对某活塞发动机机体和缸盖的组合结构进行了约束模态的有限元分析,得到了机体组合结构的前20阶约束模态的固有频率及相应振型。结果显示出机体组合结构各部分振动的强弱分布及抗振薄弱区,揭示了不同频率范围内机体组合结构振动模态的特性。为今后进行机体结构动力响应分析提供了充分的指导和依据。
The three dimensional model on engine block combination structure of a piston engine is established by the ANSYS software, and the modal analysis is carried out in the case of constrained model. Through the analysis, the inherent frequencies and mode shapes of the first 20 order modes are obtained respectively. The results show the relative distribution of the vibration magnitude in the whole block and reveal the characteristics of modes in various frequency bands, which provide necessary guides for dynamic response analysis of the engine block.
