摘要
本文首先把评价指标划分为普通指标和特殊指标,建立了基于熵权的供热系统模糊综合评价模型。该模型利用熵权表达普通指标在数值意义下的相对重要性,并根据其对普通指标的权重数值加以调整,同时为体现特殊指标的独立否决权,对特殊指标的权重数值进行重新分配。而后在此基础上,以普通指标的隶属度线性加权和与特殊指标的隶属度加权积作为2类指标的各自测度效果,以2类测度效果的几何平均值作为参评方案的综合评价结果,由此得到各参评方案的优先顺序。最后,结合工程实例介绍了该模型的应用。
In this paper, the evaluation factors were classified into common factors and special factors, and a fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model of heating systems based on entropy weight was developed. For this model, entropy weight was used to express relative importance of common factors in the sense of factors' numerical values, also weight values were adjusted according to their entropy weights. Meanwhile, in order to reflect independent veto rights of special factors, the weight values of special factors were readjusted. And then, the linear weight-sums and weight-products of subordination degree of common factors and special factors, respectively, were considered as their corresponding measurement effects, the geometric mean values of above-mentioned measurement effects were taken as the integrated evaluation results, therefore, the priority sequence of possible schemes could be obtained. Finally, the application of the proposed model was presented with a real engineering project.
