摘要
本文设计了一个基于nRF401无线数传芯片的通用无线工业数据采集系统。整个系统是以MSP430单片机为核心来进行终端节点数据采集,并对无线通信芯片与上位机之间的数据通信进行控制,实现了无线多点数据采集的功能。文章中给出了各硬件模块的电路图,并对各个模块的功能和特点进行了详细的说明。软件设计部分给出了上位机模块和终端节点模块的无线通信部分的基本流程图,并对无线通信模块的设计思想进行了重点阐述,指出了该系统的应用前景和未来发展趋势。
This paper presents a universal industrial wireless data acquisition system based on the wireless communication chip - nRF401. The whole system uses the MSP430 single chip microcomputer as the core device to realise the terminal node data acquisition and to control the wireless communication chip communicating with the up location device, realizing the function of wireless multinode data acquisition. The article gives out the hardware circuit diagrams of each module and their function in detail. In the system software part, both of the flow diagrams of the of the up location device module and the terminal node module is described. At the same time the paper focuses on the design of the wireless communication module and points out the application perspective and the developing trend.
