摘要
对于目前我国直流电机生产车间的测试设备和效率的落后现状,设计了一种新型的自动测试系统。系统采用DSP控制器对多种PWM调制信号下的电机的电流和转速进行采样分析,及时计算出电流及转速,并通过CAN现场总线技术实现对电机性能的自动化检测,大大提高了测试效率。文章给出了系统的设计过程与实现方法,对其主要硬件电路结构和软件流程作了详细的介绍。
For the current status in China that most production plants of direct current electromotor are in poor for the test equipment and efficiency, a new automation system is designed. By DSP controller, direct current electromotor'current and rev are collected and analysed under multi- PWM modulating signal, and the data of current and rev is timely computed.The system also use CAN BUS to realize automatic test for electromotor, so the test efficiency is improved . The article gives the system'design course and means, besides, mostly hardware configuration and software flow are introduced in detail.
