摘要
离散小波变换的硬件设计逐渐成为信号处理中的关键技术。本文提出了一种一维离散小波变换及理想重建的硬件结构,用分频器代替专门的二抽样模块,避免了滤波单元的冗余操作,用移位寄存器代替了实现卷积所需要的乘法器,提高了工作频率。实验表明本结构不仅能产生高质量的重建信号,而且占用资源少,规则化模块设计也使其容易推及至多级小波变换。
Hardware design for discrete wavelet transform has been becoming a key technology for signal processing. In this paper, we present hardware architecture for one- dimension discrete wavelet transform and perfect reconstruction. Down sampling is implemented using a multi- clock scheme, and the convolution block is implemented by a shifter instead of a multiplier. Experiments show that the proposed architecture can not only produce high quality reconstructed signals, but can also realize multi- level transform with its modular design.
