低辐射镀膜玻璃的研究开发进展 被引量:13

摘要 随着人们节能与环保意识的提高,低辐射镀膜玻璃以其优异的节能、环保性能受到了国内外的普遍关注。本文就低辐射镀膜玻璃的发展历史、主要性能、工艺方法进行了详细介绍,对在线和离线两种方法的特点及膜层性能进行了比较,介绍了两种方法下的镀膜工艺,并简单介绍了新型的低辐射镀膜玻璃。提出我国需在低辐射镀膜玻璃的生产工艺、膜层质量、生产成本和规模化生产等方面进一步改进。 Along with the arising of general public's concern about environmental issues, Low-E glass has received the atention both at home and abroad because of its high-efficient energy-conservation and low radiation. This paper presents a detailed instruction on developing history, main performance and craft method of LOw-E glass. The performances have been compared among different craft methods and coating structure and the late-model LOw-E glass is also introduced. Then a national wide improvement in the aspects of craft method, coating quality, manufacture cost and mass-produce of Low-E glass is highly suggested.
