摘要
对微波铁氧体器件的失效率模型进行了介绍，并对目前急需解决的MTBF进行了理论计算和实验考核的探索。
Failure rate model of microwave ferrite devices is introduced in this paper,and theoretical calcelation and experimental verificartion are performed on MTBF,a proplem to besolved as soon as possible.
