摘要
本文基于大量现场钻孔资料,以减小煤层厚度为区域化变量的影响,采用数理统计的方法对煤层的平均厚度进行区间估计,并将拉斗铲生产能力作为变量,给出煤层厚度变化下拉斗铲生产可靠性的概念,建立了拉斗铲-煤层厚度的机-自然可靠性模型,同时定义了可靠度的计算公式,为研究拉斗铲-煤层条件可靠性提供了一种有效的方法,为拉斗铲选型提供了可靠性分析理论的依据。
The paper adopts the method of Numeral Statistic to estimate the range of the thickness based on a great deal of the datum of bore holes in-situ which can reduce the effect of the coal thickness as regionalized variable, takes the throughput of dragline as a variable, puts forward the concept of the dragline's production reliability on the condition of the change of coal seam thickness, establishes the model of machine-nature reliability of dragline-coal seam thickness, and defines the formula of calculating the value of reliability, which gives a valid method of researching the reliability of dragline-coal seam thickness.
