摘要
建设现代化矿井,要求设计方案对安全、健康、生态环境、产品质量、生产效率与效益等都符合相应的要求,而这些因素中许多存在模糊性,不能用确定性的数量关系来界定,所以进行类似的包含模糊因素的综合的决策,在理论和实务中存在一定的困难。神东煤炭分公司为了保证矿井建设方案的科学性,创建了自己独特的安健环质综合管理体系,并运用模糊综合决策法对矿井的建设方案进行评价和决策。事实证明,这一基于SDIMS的模糊综合决策法是科学的,行之有效的,对于促进我国现代化矿井的建设,具有极高的借鉴价值。
The modernized mine construction ask its design plan must meet these requests, such assecurity, healthiness, zoology, quality , efficiency , benefit and so on. But some of these factors are qualitatire and can't be described by quantity, so it is difficult to making preciseness decision in this condition. ShenDong Coal Corporation. Ltd exploited the SDIMS (Shen Dong Integration Management System) and applied the Multi-objective fuzzy decision to Evaluate many design plan and choose the best plan. Their prac riceresult is satisfied and is valuable to our nation' s modernized mine construction.
