摘要
通过数值模拟证明利用偏光干涉法和最小二乘法测量云母波片相位延迟的测量精度提高近一个数量级。
In this paper the temperature field produced by a scanning laser beam is solved so as to find out the model for calculating the structure changes inside metal caused by laser heating. the final hardness of the transformed surface layer is given. This model is then applied to various kinds of steel to calculate their treating effect, and the relation between treating hardness and varios parameters such as laser power、 carbon content etc. is found. The result is confirmed by experiments.
