摘要
零件基因编码是零件智能化设计的基础,通过对零件基本特征的分析,建立零件基本特征基因信息模型,结合生物基因编码技术,对零件基本特征基因信息编码作了深入的研究,给出了几种基本特征的基因编码片段。在此基础上,进一步分析零件的整体结构,得到零件的线性存储模型,最后建立零件的基因编码模型,给出了一种简单零件的基因编码。
Part gene coding is the basis of intelligent part design. Through the analysis of basic features of the parts, the model of basic features gene information is established. Combining with biology gene encoding technology, deep research on basic features gene information encoding has been done, and encoding segments of several basic features are given. Based on all the above, the whole structure of the part is analyzed, and the linear storage model of part is obtained. Finally, the model of part gene encoding is built and the gene encoding of a simole oart is given.
