摘要
为了满足自动测试的要求,需要设计一个适用于自动测试系统的软件模拟控制盒。通过对罗盘控制盒工作原理和关键电路的详细分析,并充分利用VXI总线模块等自动测试系统的内部资源,完成了模拟控制盒的硬件电路设计和软件编程工作。目前模拟控制盒已经应用于无线电罗盘自动测试系统,有效地提高了系统的测试效率。模拟控制盒的设计符合自动测试技术的发展方向,其设计思路还可推广应用到其它电子设备的自动测试系统中。
In order to satisfy requirement of automatic testing, it is necessary to design a software simulation control box applicable for automatic test system. Through detailedly analyzing on working principle and key circuits of control box, and by making good use of the internal resource of automatic test system such as VXI bus module, the design of hardware circuit and the software programming for simulation control box were achieved. At present, the simulation control box has been used in radio compass automatic test system, and the test efficiency of system has been enhanced effectively. The design of simulation control box conforms with the developing trend of automatic test technology, and its concept can also be applied to automatic test systems of other electronic equipments.
