摘要 讨论了梯度柱的分段数、各段的固定液浓度分布与实际效果的关系 ,实践表明 ,当梯度柱总柱长为 2m时 ,分段数取 4 ,各段长度分别取 0 4 4 ,0 5 5 ,0 6 5 ,0 4m ,各段的固定液浓度分别取 2 5 % ,2 0 % ,15 % ,7% ,在一般的情况下 ,即可实现快速分析 ,收到类似于程序升温分析的效果 ;当梯度柱的分段数 4段以上 ,其分离及实现快速分析的效果将更好 ,但随着分段数的增加 。 According to theprinciple of gradient loaded columns (GLC), the relationship of the number of stages of the GLC, the length of the stages and the distribution of the stationary liquidc oncentration to the practical effectiveness was discussed through the practical preparation and application of the GLCs. It has been showed that the similar effectiveness to that of the programmed temperature analysis can be obtained and the fast analysis can be realized if the total length of a GLC is 2m, the stages are 4, the lengths of stages are 0 44,0 55,0 65 and 0 4m respectively, the stationary liquid concentrations are 25%,20%,15% and 7% in the general cases. The practical effectiveness will be better if the number of GLC stages is 5 or more, but with the increasing of difficulties in the preparation of GLCs.
