摘要
研究了ZrO2 /SO42 -型固体超强酸催化剂在缩羰化反应中的可行性 ,利用红外光谱仪和阿贝折光仪对产品进行了鉴定。当焙烧温度在 5 0 0~ 70 0℃和催化剂用量为 2g时 ,产品收率达 6 9 1% ;并与一些液体酸(草酸、磷酸和浓硫酸 )和固体酸 (USY、LD - 1)催化剂进行了对比。ZrO2 /SO42
The feasibilities of condensing-oxonation reaction were studied on the ZrO 2/SO 2- 4 solid superacid catalysts. The products were determined with IR spectroscopy and Abbe' refractometer. When the calcining temperature range were 500~700℃ and catalyst weights were 2g, the product yield achieved was 69 1%. The comparison with some liquid acids (H 2C 2O 4,H 3PO 4 and H 2S 2O 4) and solidacids (USY、LD-1) catalysts was discussed. The ZrO 2/SO 4 2- solid superacid catalysts will been studied and devel oped in the fine chemicals synthesis.
