Computer Control in C_2 Hydrogenation Reactor System

对CENTUM集散控制系统在碳二加氢反应器控制中的应用进行了讨论 ,提出了成分 -氢炔比值控制系统 ,成功地解决了质量控制问题 ,使反应器出口C2 馏分中的乙炔含量低于 3μg·g-1。

In this paper the application of CENTUM of collection and distribution control system to the control of C 2 hydrogenation reactor is discussed. A proportional control system of hydrogen-acetylene compositions was put forward so that. quality control was successfully carried out. Acetylene content in C 2 at the outlet was lower than 3μg·g -1 . A detail analysis and study was offered on the formulas needed for the construction and the feedback function of the control system.
