大棚春黄瓜主要农艺性状的配合力分析 被引量:1

ANALYSIS ON THE COMBINING ABILITY OF THE MAIN AGRONOMIC TRAITS OF THE SHEDED SPRING CUCUMBER

摘要 本文对大棚春黄瓜单林产量、前期产量、结果数、单果重、瓜形指数、果实发育速度和第1雌花节位等7个性状进行一般配合力、特殊配合力分析和遗传力、优势率等遗传参数估算。结果表明,①单株产量、前期产量、果实发育速度、结果数、单果量等性状(?)/(?)比值大,遗传力低,但优势率高。②各性状配合力的总效应值与实际值表现极显著正相关。 The general and specific combining ability of 7 characters of the sheded spring cucumber were analysed and some genetic parameters were calculated in the present paper. The results indicated: 1. The individual plant yield, early stage yield, fruit growth rate, the number of fruits and the individual fruit weight had a high variance ratio of (?) and a high percent vigor, but their heritability was low. The individual plant yield, early stage yield and the individual fruit weight were found to have bybrid vigor over the midpoint between its parents and the individual plant yield in particular showed hybrid vigor over the better parent (up to 10.45%), and can be used for hybrid breeding. Both the node location of the first female flower and the fruit shape index had a low variance ratio of (?) and a high heritability, but a low percent hybrid vigor. The node location of the first flower showed hybrid visor over the better parent. The two characters can be used for hybrid breeding and pedigree breeding; 2. The total combining ability of all the characters studied was found to be positively and significantly correlated with the practical value.
