摘要
以十二烷基叔胺、γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷为原料,合成了3-(三甲氧基硅烷基)丙基十二烷基二甲基氯化铵(HSQA),并用硝酸银滴定其产率;讨论了反应温度、反应时间、溶剂种类、反应物物质的量比对产率的影响.优化反应条件为:n(十二烷基叔胺)∶n(γ-氯丙基三甲氧基硅烷)为1.1∶1,120℃反应9 h,溶剂为N,N-二甲基甲酰胺与异丙醇的混合溶液,KI为催化剂.测定产物的表面张力,并用红外光谱研究合成产物结构.
3-(Trimethoxy)propyl-dodecyl-dimethylammonium chloride (HSQA) was prepd, from alkyl(dodecyl) amine and 3-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane, and the yield was titrated with silver nitrate. The influences of reaction temperature and time, solvent kind and tool ratio of reactants on the yield were discussed. The optimum conditions were: alkyl (dodecyl) amine:γ-chloropropyltrimethoxysilane=1.1:1 (mol ratio), reaction for 9 h at 120 ℃ with N,N-dimethylformamide and isopropanol as solvent, and with KI as catalyst. The surface tension of the product was tested and the product structure was studied by FTIR spectra.
