摘要
在对地震电磁波产生机理基础的分析上，结合近年来观测实践，深入具体的分析了震前电磁波的短临异常与相关地震的对应关系，同时也总结了观测仪器的有效使用与技术改进。
Having analyzed the mechanism of seismal electromagnetic wave and having combined observations in recent years,the corresponding relation between short and impending anomaly of pre-earthquake electromagnetic wave and correlative earthquake has been discussed in this paper.Meanwhile,effective operation of observing instrument and technological improvement have been introduced.
