可聚合型苯并三唑类光稳定剂中间体颜料的合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of Intermediate Pigment for Polymerizable Benzotriazole Light Stabilizer

摘要 以甲基烯丙基氯、对甲酚和邻硝基苯胺为原料,合成了可聚合型苯并三唑类光稳定剂中间体颜料及其相应的偶合组分烷基酚。讨论了反应条件对产品收率的影响,并通过光谱分析确认了中间体颜料的结构。确定了最佳的反应条件是:缩合反应中n(对甲基苯酚)∶n(甲基烯丙基氯)=1∶1.2;重排反应时间35min;中间体颜料的合成中盐酸的使用量为3mol。 Based on methylallylchlofide, p-cresol and 2-nitroaniline, the intermediate pigment for polymerizable benzotriazole light stabilizer and concerned coupler alkylphenol were synthesized. The effects of reaction conditions on the production yield were discussed, and the structure of intermediate pigment was identified by spectroscopic analysis. The optimum reaction conditions were as follows: n(p-cresol): n(methylallylchloride) = 1:1.2 for condensation reaction, reaction time was 35 minutes for rearrangement reaction, and the dosage of hydrochloric acid in synthesis of intermediate pigment was 3mol.
