安肠胶囊对脾虚型溃疡性结肠炎大鼠结肠损伤修复作用的研究

Effect of ACC Anti-damage of Rat Colon of PiXu UC and Pathological Morphology Research

目的:研究安肠胶囊对脾虚型UC结肠损伤修复的功效。方法:造模成功后,给药14天后处死动物,观察并计算大鼠结肠溃疡数及溃疡面积,并进行病理形态学观察。结果:各组间溃疡数比较:D组、E组、F组与C组比较P<0.05,与B组比较P<0.01;C组与B组比较无显著性差异。溃疡面积比较:C组、D组、E组、F组与B组比较有显著性差异;E组、F组与C组比较P<0.05。病理形态学观察显示:安肠胶囊对溃疡性结肠炎结肠损伤的修复作用较SASP好。

Objective ： To obscrivc the effect of ACC to anti-damage of PiXu UC rat colon. Methods ： After fourteen clays kill all rats and calculate ulcer quantity of each rat and the ulcerative area of each rat, then observe the pathological morphology of ulcerative colon.Results ： The ulcer quantitis ： team D 、E、 F compare to team C ,P〈0.05, compare to team B ,P〈0.01 ; ulcerative area： team C、D、E、F compare to team B, P〈0.05 ; team E、 Fcomparc to team C,P〈0.05. pathological morphology： the effect of ACC to anti-damage is better than that of SASP.
