外出经商家庭子女教育问题的探索——以杭州市崇贤中学为例

An Exploration on the Family Education of the Children Whose Parents Are Going Out for Business——Taking Chongxian High School of Hangzhou City as an Example

根据杭州市崇贤中学的调查,外出经商家庭子女的家庭教育存在误区,学校受各种条件限制,对外出经商家庭子女不能进行个别化教育,以至于这部分学生很容易在心理和行为上发生问题。崇贤中学通过推行"学生成长导师制",实行寄宿制,加强心理健康教育等方式,形成家校合力育人的机制,在对外出经商家庭子女的教育上取得了一定成效。

According to the investigation of Chongxian High School of Hangzhou City, the family education of the children whose parents are going out for business has some mistakes. Limited by various conditions, the school cannot have the individualized education for such children and therefore part of the chldren are apt to have mental and behavior problems. Through the practice of ＂the supervisor system for students growing＂ in Chongxian High School, through the boarding system and through the strengthening of the mental health education, an educational mechanism of combining the forces of families and schools has been formed and a certain effect has been made on the education of such children.
