摘要
针对油田常规双翼式五阀配置的单管热采井口装置结构复杂、成本较高、运输和安装不便等问题,研制出一种KR14—337—65E型热采井口装置。该装置为四阀配置,减少了1套生产闸阀;油管挂直接与小三通连接,减少了转换法兰,也相应减少了漏失点。现场应用表明,该E型热采井口装置满足稠油井自喷、注汽、抽油、测试、拌热等配套工艺的生产技术要求,达到了预期的设计目标。
Considering the problems of complex structure,high cost and inconvenient transportation and installation existing in the common single-tube wellhead assembly for thermal recovery equipped with double wings and five valves,Model KR14-337-65E wellhead assembly for thermal recovery is developed.The assembly is equipped with four valves,reducing one production gate valve.The tubing hanger is directly connected with small tee with the transformation flange removed and thereby the leakage point prevented.The field application indicates that the new assembly can meet the technical requirement of flowing,steam injection,oil pumping, testing and heat tracing in heavy oil well,achieving the anticipated design goal.
