肝动脉栓塞化疗联合瘤体内乙醇注射治疗肝癌

TACE Combined with PEIT in Treatment of Liver Cancer

目的：研究以碘油无水乙醇乳化剂作为杀细胞液，直接注入肿瘤瘤体内治疗肝癌。方法；先经肝动脉化疗栓塞。在X线透视、X线CT、B超引导下、用细外经皮肝穿刺向病灶注射碘油无水乙醇治疗16例肝癌。结果：经1至5年半的随访观察，中位生存期29个月，有10例尚存活，CT观察13例病灶部位碘油充填满意，10例病灶有不同程度的缩小，无严重并发症。结论；肝动脉栓塞化疗后碘油包绕不知全的病灶经碘油无水乙醇注射后，可杀灭残存癌细胞，防止复发，提高生存率。

Purpose : To study the effectiveness of injecting ethanol and iedized-oil emulsion(EIOE) into tumor in the treatment of liver cancer. Method : 16 cases with liver cancer were trcated with TACE .EIOE was injected into tumor by the thin needle under fluoroscopy, X-ray CT or ultrasound. Rcsults: All patlents were followed up for 1 to 5 years, median survival time was 29 months, with 10 patients still alive The oil filling of the tumor in 13 cases were observed by CT. in which, the tumor 10 shrinked in 10 cases. No serious complications happened Conclusion : Injecting EIOE into tumor in the treatment of liver cancer can kill residual cancer cell, prevent recurrcnce and increasc survival rate.
