股骨头髓芯减压骨形态发生蛋白填塞配合中药治疗早期股骨头坏死的临床研究

CLINICAL RESEARCH OF REDUCING PRESSURE OF STOCK PITH AND PLANTING BONE MORPHOGENESIS PROTEIN UNITING TCM TO TREAT EARLY PERIOD OF AVASCULAR NECROSIS OF FEMORAL HEAD

为探讨应用股骨头髓芯减压并骨形态发生蛋白植入配合自拟补肾活血生骨丸治疗早期股骨头缺血坏死的效果。采用髓芯减压术腔内填塞BMP,术后配合中药治疗早期股骨头坏死26例(治疗组),并与同期单纯应用髓芯减压术治疗的25例(西医组)进行对照研究。经2.5～4.5年,平均3.6年的随访,治疗组优良率为79.49%,对照组为62.86%。表明股骨头髓芯减压骨形态发生蛋白植入配合中药治疗早期股骨头坏死效果优于单纯应用髓芯减压治疗的效果。

In order to discuss the effect of reducing stock pith's pressure and planting bone morphogenesis protein(BMP)adding to BUSHENHUOXUESHENGGUWAN(BSHXSGW,a TCM granular preparation to improve blood sread and promote bone growth)to treat early period of avascular necrosis of femoral head(ANFH).51 patients in early period of ANFH were divided two groups,treatment group:reducing stock pith's pressure,planting BMP and adding to BSHXSGW;Western medicine group:just reducing stock pith's pressure.And then they were compared.After 2.5 to 4.5 years,averagely 3.6 years revisit,the fine rate of treatment group was 79.49%,and its of Western medicine group was 62.86%.It showed that reducing stock pith's pressure and planting BMP adding to BSHXSGW to treat early period of ANFH could obtain better effect than just reducing stock pith's pressure.
