Chinese Community Health Services : Theory and Case Study

对国外发达国家成功的社区卫生服务经验进行了分析:国家经营模式的社区卫生服务以英国为代表,国家计划管理、私人提供服务的经营模式以德国、澳大利亚、日本、加拿大为代表,私营为主体的经营模式以美国为代表,并结合中国现阶段的发展情况进行了比较,从而得出了我国社区卫生服务存在的问题。以天津市塘沽区和杭州市西湖区为研究对象,对存在的问题进行了经济学分析,并给出相关的建议。

This article analyzes the successful experience of community health services in the developed countries, with the example of the United Kingdom as the model of national management style community health services. State program management, private service business model applies to Germany, Australia, Japan and Canada. Private sector as the main mode of operation is represented by the United States. In light of China＇s development stage and comparison with these countries, the article concludes with some existing problems with community health services. Tanggu district in Tianjin as well as Xihu district in Hangzhou are used as examples for a study with economic analysis, and related proposals are given.
