摘要
目的早期发现新生儿听力损失,探讨新生儿听力筛查运作模式。方法应用耳声发射技术(DPOAE)对黄埔区3917名新生儿进行听力筛查,对未通过复筛的新生儿于生后3个月前采用脑干听觉诱发电位技术及声阻抗进行诊断。结果3917名新生儿中初筛通过3261名,通过率为83.25%。656名未通过初筛的新生儿中有592名(90.24%)接受复筛,通过566名(95.61%),最后未通过复筛的26名新生儿都进入诊断评估程序,确诊听力损失9例,本组新生儿听力障碍发病率为2.30‰,初筛的假阳性率为16.52%,复筛的假阳性率为2.87%。结论对新生儿进行听力筛查非常必要,自动耳声发射听力筛查仪适合于新生儿听力筛查,可早期发现听力异常,做到早期干预,有效地促进婴幼儿语言发育。
OBJECTIVE The article regues how to early discover neonatal hearing loss, to investigate and discuss the operation pattern in neonatal hearing screening. METHOD Hearing screening for 3 917 neonates in Huangpu District by distrotiou product otoacoustic emission (DPOAE), the neonatal who refer in second screening, adopting auditory brainstem response (ABR) and audio impedance to diagnose neonates before 3 months born. RESULT There are 3 261 out of 3 917 neonates to pass the Initial Screening, namely, passing rate is 83.25%. Then, 592 neonates accept the second screening and 566 of them pass, and rest of them are entered into diagnosis evaluating program. Finally, there are 9 neonates who are diagnosed hearing loss. The invasion rate of hearing loss in this group is 2.30%0, initial screening false masculine rate is 16.52%, second screening false masculine rate is 2.87%. CONCLUSION It is necessary to performance neonatal hearing screening. At the same time, otoacoustic emission hearing screening apparatus can be suitable for neonatal hearing screening in order to discover hearing abnormal and can be treatment in the early. Thus to promote growth of neonatal language effectively.
