新环境下高校图书馆之困境与对策

Difficulties that University Library Faced and Its Countermeasures

基于高校的发展态势,分析了高校扩招后图书馆存在的困难,指出了图书馆服务空间缩小、信息资源保障能力减弱、馆员素质偏低等问题;提出高校图书馆应转变服务理念,优化整合资源,加快数字化建设和网络资源建设,促进资源共享,提高馆员素质和用户素质,又好又快地为高校发展服务。

Base on the situation of university development, this thesis analyses the difficulties that around the university libraries after the enrollment is expanded, it points out that the service space is reduced, and the ability of information resources guarantee is weakened, also, the stuff of librarians is on the low side, etc. This thesis puts forward that the university libraries should change their services manage ideas, and conformity the resources optimize, they should expedite the construction of digital and network resources, accelerate resources share, enhance the stuff of librarians and users, serve the universities nicely and rapidly.
