Thoughts on Impetus of Construction of IT Application in Agriculture and Rural Areas in China

随着我国计算机和互联网的迅猛发展,我国农业与农村信息化建设也取得了长足进展。但也存在着许多亟待解决的问题。要集中投入,突出重点,加强国家核心网站和门户网站建设,重点整合政府网站;要增加农业与农村信息化建设的政府投入;既要重视农业与农村信息化的开发,又要重视农业与农村信息网站的运行和应用;加强管理,积极引导,促进激励机制建设;同时我国农业与农村信息网站建设也要同国际农业互联网接轨,更好地发挥服务职能。

With the rapid development of computer science and Intemet, we have made great achievement in IT application in agriculture and rural areas. However, there still have been some problems that need to be solved. We should concentrate on investment and address the key points so as to strengthen the construction of National central website and doorway websites. Furthermore, we need to pay more attention on straightening out government website. To increase the government investment on IT application in agriculture and rural areas, we must put stress both on exploitation of IT application in agriculture and rural areas and application of website of IT application in agriculture and rural areas, along with the strengthen management and active introduction. Meanwhile, the construction of website on agriculture and countryside information should keep pace with the development of Internet on international agriculture to fulfill its function.
