摘要
阐述了细节在开架借阅服务中与服务形象、服务行为、服务效益、服务环境、服务管理等环节上的作用,及对实现细节管理的规程、执行机制、防止误区等环节上,提出了一些设想与思路。
This paper attempts to explore the details of the open-shelf borrowing service management and the role of the service image, behavior, benefit, environment and management. It also puts forward some tentative ideas of the regulations and system of the detail management, and of how to prevent errors.
