数字图书馆在建设过程中受到来自两方面的权利限制,一是作者的著作权,二是出版商的出版者权,而馆藏文献数字化问题是数字图书馆建设过程中产生诸多对作者著作权侵害问题的关键。从馆藏文献数字化与出版者权两方面入手,探讨有关数字图书馆建设过程中的著作权问题,并提出一些解决问题的建议。
