"中国学术腐败"之说用语不准。把计划经济同学术腐败直接联系,成因错误。增强透明度是目前弱化学术腐败现象的最佳对策。
The parlance of Chinese Academic Corruption is not correct. Thinking the planned economy the reason of Academic Corruption is not fight. Strengthening the transparence is the best way of accounting for Academic Corruption at present.
