摘要
退稿是编辑出版工作中的重要环节,但如何做到退稿不退人,稳定作者队伍?是一个值得深思的问题,笔者试从以下几方面进行探索。
Manuscripts rejection procedure is a very important work in the editorial field, but how to preserve the author, the source of manuscripts while ensuring quality of the journal is a worth of studying. Editors must take the attitude of ethics, jusrice and strict in their work.
