摘要
研制一种既能使抗癌药缓释,又安全可靠的药物载体。方法观察高分子材料体外理化特性,并通过犬血管灌注和含阿霉素(ADM)犬肝动脉灌注,测定灌注后ADM浓度,并取主要脏器行组织学检查。结果单纯肝动脉ADM注射组的药物峰值较高(13.3ug/ml)下降迅速。S1-ADM加S2-ADM灌注组的峰值较低(4.3ug/ml和3.2ug/ml)下降缓慢,与单注组有显著性差异〔P<0.05),S1,S2两组间差异无显著性(P>0.05)。
jective To study and manufacture a transporter of anticancer agent. The transporter could release anticancer drug slowly as carrier of anticancer drug.Method The author study physical and chemical character in vitro arterial infusion of high - molecuJe materials(HMM) and release of ADM from the S1 ,S2-ADM complexes.Result HMM could release anticancer drug slowly as carrier of anticancer drug. The peak level of single - ADM infusion was high ( 13. 3 ug/ml) and dropped rapidly. The peak levels of S1 - ADM and S2- ADM were relatively 1ow and dropped slowly. The difference was statistically significant(P< 0. O5) compared with single - ADM. Conoclu - sion HMM has potential as a transtporter of anticancer agent for prolonged release and more homageneous distribution in intraarterial infusion,
