儿童胫后神经刺激的体感诱发电位正常值及其特点 被引量:4

摘要 探讨儿童体感诱发电位(SEPs)的正常值。方法对30例8~14岁健康儿童记录和测量了刺激胫后神经引起的脊髓和皮层SEPs正常值,并计算出胜后神经的传导速度。结果①SEPs各波潜伏期与身高(或腿长)均呈高度正线性相关(r=0.73~0.90,P<0.01),与年龄、体重亦呈正相关(r=0.54~0.71,P<0.05;N20与体重无关),而潜伏期与年龄、体重的正相关是由身高引起的。②P40-N20波间期(即中枢传导时间)与身高、年龄、体重均无显著相关关系(r=0.26~0.00,P>0.05)。结论、SEPs潜伏期正常值应按其与身高的回归方程确定。 Objective To obverve the normative values and characteristics of somatosensory evoked potentials(SEPs) in children. Method ln 30 healthy children aged 8~14 years , the SEPs elicited by posterior tibial nerve stimulation were recorded from thoracic spinal segment (T12) and leg area of contralateral parietal region (Cz) by computer averaging technique. The peak latency (PL ) and interpeak latency (IPL) of the main components in SEPs(i. e ,N20, P40, P40- N20 ) were measured , and the peripheral conduction velocity ( PCV) from ankle to T12 was calculated.Result Regression analysis showed that the PL of SEPs (N20 , P40) were highly correlated with height (or leg length)and age (the former r= 0. 73~ 0. 90,P<0. 01; the latter r=0. 54~0. 71 , P< 0. 05) , the P40 PL was also correlated with body weight ( but N20 was not ) , and the correlation between PL and age or boby weight was caused by height , but the P40- N20lPL ( i. e . CCT ) was not correlated with height or age or body weight (r=0. 26~0. 40 , P>0. 05). Conclusion The normative values of PL in SEPs should be determined according to the regression equations of PL to height (or leg length ).
