摘要
目的:探讨调脂降压颗粒(TJG)及其拆方的疗效和作用机理,为筛选药物,精简方剂提供理论依据。方法:采用二肾一夹法复制高血压大鼠模型,观察TJG及其拆方对模型大鼠收缩压(SBP)、血清内皮素(ET)和一氧化氮(N0)的影响。结果:TJG及其拆方均能显著降低模型大鼠收缩压,降低模型大鼠血清内皮素含量,升高模型大鼠血清一氧化氮含量(P<0.01)。全方作用与各拆方作用无明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:调脂降压颗粒降压机制可能与调节血管内皮活性物质ET、N0合成与释放有关,TJG方剂组成可以进一步精简。
Objective:the aim of this experimental research was to study the therapeutic effect and the mechanismotTiaozhi Jiangya Granule(TJG)and to provide theoretical basis or selecting drugs and exploiting new drugs. Methods:SD rats were fabricated hypertension and hyperlipemia animal model with "unilateral stenosis of renal artery" ,The change of blood pressure was observed and the levels of endothelia (ET) and nitric oxide (NO) were checked after treatment by radi oimmunoadday(RIA). Results and conclusions:theresults showed that TJG and the groups of chaifang could obciously decrease blood pressure, reduce the serum ET level,increasethe nitric oxide level(P 〈0. 01). The effect had no significant difference between TJG and the grouos of chaifang(P 〉 0. 05 ), the unbalance of the two factors released by the vascular endothelial cell may be the important causes of the hypertension. The component of the prescription TJG can also be simplified.
