碟脉灵注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变80例观察

Observation on Peripheral Neuropathy of Diabetes (80 cases) Treated by Die Mai Ling Injection

目的:观察碟脉灵注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变的疗效。方法:治疗组80例用碟脉灵注射液治疗,对照组40例用丹参注射液治疗,疗程均为4周。结果:治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05),且无明显不良反应。结论:碟脉灵注射液治疗糖尿病周围神经病变疗效满意。

Objective ： To observe the therapeutic effect on peripheral neuropathy of diabetes treated by Die Mai Ling Injection. Method ：80 cases were treated with Die Mai Ling Injection as the study group while 40 cases were treated with Dan Shen Injection as the control group. The course of treatment is 4 weeks. Result ： The therapeutic effect of the study group is superior to that of the control group （P 〈0. 05） and there is no untoward reaction. Conclusion： Die Mai Ling Injection has good therapeutic effect on peripheral neuropathy of diabetes.
