中西医结合治疗肝硬化腹水疗效分析

Analysis on Therapeutic Effect on Ascites of Hepatic Cirrhosis Treated by Combination on TCM and Western Medicine

目的:观察消臌利水汤联合西药治疗肝硬化腹水的疗效。方法:112例随机分为治疗组67例及对照组45例,两组均用西药常规治疗,治疗组加用消臌利水汤口服,疗程1个月。结果:治疗组与对照组总有效率分别为92.54%和71.11%,两组比较有极显著性差异(P<0.01)。治疗组症状、体征、肝功能指标治疗前后比较及与对照组治疗后比较,均有显著性差异(P<0.05或P<0.01)。结论:消臌利水汤联合西药治疗肝硬化腹水见效快,疗效好。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic effect on ascites of hepatic cirrhosis treated by Resolving Tymapnites and Promoting Diuresis Decoction combined with western medicine. Method： 112 cases were divided into two groups randomly,67 cases as the study group while 45 cases as the control group. Both groups were treated with western medicine in conventional therapy. The study group took Resolving Tympanties and Promoting Diuresis Decoction orally in addition. The course of treatment is one month. Result ：The total effective rate of the study group and the control group is 95.24% and 71.11% separately There is very significant difference between the two groups （P 〈 0. 01 ）. There is significant difference in symptoms, signs and hepatic fuctional index of the study group between prior - treatment and post- treatment and there is significant difference in symptoms, signs and hepatic functional index between the study group and the control group（P 〈0. 05 or P 〈0. 01 ）. Conclusion： Resolving Tympanites and Promoting Diuresis Decoction has good and fast therapeutic effect on ascites of henatic cirrhosis.
