摘要
多民族地区文化多元性特征显著。多元文化并存赋予了教师特殊的文化传承任务。为了更好地培养下一代,多元文化地区的教师在职业素质的内涵上有其特殊性,需要具备特定的专业知识、专业道德和专业能力。
Multi-ethnic areas are noted for their cultural diversity that places special tasks of cultural transmission on the part of teachers. To better educate the next generation, teachers in these areas have their special implications for teacher professional qualities.
