On Building up Central Asian Logistics Hub in Xinjiang

区位优势、中亚区域经济合作、物流发展、运输合作机制的初步建立、口岸体系的初步形成为新疆发展物流业提供了难得的机遇,但跨境陆路运输协调、口岸通关能力弱、物流体系发展滞后是新疆兴建中亚物流港存在的制约因素。发展特色物流、打造高效物流通道、培育物流企业联盟是新疆借助新亚欧大陆桥兴建中驻物流港、促进新疆经济发展的一个重要方面。

Geographic advantages, Central Asian Economic Cooperation, logistic development, the initial establishment of transportation cooperation mechanism, and the formation of border port system have provided invaluable opportunities for the development of logistics in Xinjiang. However, issues of cross-land transportation coordination, border port clearance and the slower development of logistics block the building up of a Central Asian Logistics Hub in Xinjiang.
