摘要
目的观察牛黄熄风胶囊(NHXFC)对实验性脑内囊出血的疗效。方法将脑出血模型大鼠随机分为3组,分别用NHXFC、脑血康(NXK)和生理盐水治疗,在治疗前后观察动物的神经病学评分和体感诱发电位(SEP)改变。结果①与治疗前比较,NHXFC和NXK组治疗后的神经病学评分均降低(P<0.01);SEP潜伏期缩短(P<0.01),但这些指标在两治疗组间无显著性差异(P>0.05)。与盐水对照组比较,NHXFC和NXK组治疗后的神经病学评分降低(P<0.01);NHXFC组所有SEP波及NXK组部分波潜伏期缩短(P<0.01,0.05)。②大鼠模型SEP潜伏期与神经病学评分呈高度正相关(r=0.97~0.99,P<0.01~0.05)。结论NHXFC可明显促进脑出血大鼠神经功能的恢复,其作用相似或优于NXK。SEP可用于内囊出血的疗效观察。
Objective To observe the curative effects of Niuhuang Xifeng capsule(NHXFC) on the rat models of experimental intracerebral hemorrhage into internal capsule area.Method The rat models were randomly divided into three groups which were respectivey treated with NHXFC,Naxuekang(NXK) or normal saline(NS) for 7 days,and the neurologic grades and SEP of the rat models were oberved before and after above treatments.Result ①The neurologic grades of both NHXFC and NXK treated groups were highly lowered compared with that of pretreated groups and NS control group(both P<0.01) ,but the difference of neurologic grades between the two treated groups was not significant(P>0.05).②All the latencies of SEP(P 1,N 2,P 2)in NHXFC groups were shorter than that of the pretreated groups and NS control group (P<0.01~0.05),while only one wave latency in NXK groups was shortened compared with NS controle group(P<0.05),but the difference of all wave latencies between the two treated groups was not significant(P>0.05).③The latencies of SEP in the rats were highly correlated with the neurologic grades(r=0.97~0.99,P<0.01~0.05).Conclusion NHXFC accelerates the nervous function recovery of the rat models with intracerebral hemorrhagic and its curative effect may be similar to or prior to that of NXK,SEP may be used as an a powerful index of observation on curative effect of intracerebral hemorrhage.
